Research for Results Ltd have developed a reliable system of screening and recruiting qualified participants to attend focus groups. This involves the necessary screening and recruiting the individuals abiding to quotas set by our clients. We always send out a confirmation letter with directions to the group and this is backed up by a reminder call to each individual a day before the scheduled focus group.
